Experts in Construction Scheduling and Delay Claims Analysis, we work in tandem with our clients to identify and mitigate delay through proactive change analysis, so that the project team can make informed decisions. When mitigative practices are not enough, our Advisory & Disputes Group are there to guide clients through more formal delay claims proceedings.
INDEPENDENT COST ESTIMATING
Providing Independent Cost Estimating and Change Order Management services for Owners, Construction Managers and General Contractors, we create comprehensive cost estimates throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
As former Project Managers and Estimators for General Contractors, we have the proven capabilities to produce comprehensive constructability reviews, control estimates, design drawing and specification audits, quantity take-offs, detailed production analysis and change order reviews. Our mission is to help our clients understand and adjust to ever-present changes in their projects to manage risk, prevent cost overruns and mitigate delay.
ADVISORY & DISPUTES GROUP
Field experience counts. Particularly in the early recognition, and turnaround of a troubled project. Delay mitigation is always the preferred alternative, but when stronger action is required, our Delay Claims Specialists and field experienced Testifying Experts provide the thoughtful, compelling analysis, convincing reports and testimony, as required, to reach a fair and equitable outcome.
Our Advisory and Disputes Group is comprised of experts in cost, schedule, productivity and professional standards of care in support of pre-award studies, constructability reviews, unforeseen events, proposed changes, time extensions, accelerations, re-mobilizations, troubled project turnaround, terminations, delay claims preparation and review, alternative dispute resolution and litigation support.

CAPO assists our Owner, Agency and Municipal clients build and maintain their program controls systems using a host of schedule, cost and business intelligence tools. We provide increased data visualization, schedule and cost reporting, variance and trend analysis to produce reports and dashboards for clients to effectively manage their programs and portfolio of work.
INNOVATIVE TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
Our Construction Technology Group provides training, software hosting, process improvement, and system integrations. Utilizing schedule management platforms such as PlanGo and other innovative technologies, we help create, augment and streamline our client’s existing schedule and cost reporting procedures.
