Capo Projects Group provides program and construction management services for the Proposition S and Z, and Measures YY and U Capital Improvement and Modernization Program. CAPO provides support to the Program Controls oversite managing all Bond funds and schedules programmatically, and also works directly with  District Staff, Project and Construction Managers, Architect Engineering Firms, and others to bring individual projects from design to construction that range from $1 M to $200M. The total combined bond measures is roughly $13B and will continue over the next 20+ years. San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD) consists of over 200 educational facilities and serves over 13,000 students in San Diego County. This bond will completely modernize the majority of those facilities and campuses while also adding new school facilities and campus locations. The bonds are completely modernizing the District's Elementary, Middle, and High sSchools by upgrading classrooms, restrooms, libraries, kitchens and technology, security, improving handicap accessibility and upgrading fire and life safety systems. These repairs and improvements are needed to ensure that SDUSD students are in a safe, healthy, technologically-modernized and quality learning environment. As program controls consultants, CPG is responsible for providing their expertise in managing $13B in spending, ensuring that San Diego tax payers receive what was intended by the bond ballot measures.
